As a manufacturing engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • knowledge of software development (preferably knowledge of Python)
  • several years of work experience and willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
  • the ability to work with quality systems and procedures
  • an analytical insight and a problem-solving attitude
  • good communication skills and you speak and write Dutch and English fluently
  • the critical thinking ability to evaluate situations, identify problems and come up with creative solutions to avoid possible mistakes

This is what you get in return:

  • market-based salary between €2895 and €3720 (based on your education and experience)
  • a one-year contract with a view to permanent employment
  • pension accrual with ASR
  • 35 days holiday for full-time employment
  • the possibility to work (partly) from home in consultation
  • reimbursement of travel and tunnel expenses
  • training opportunities on the job
  • career opportunities to a senior position

The experience of Bart

‘The most energy I get from solving a problem where you see the effect immediately. For example, we removed an error from a process step within the production line of a device that supports epilepsy patients, as a result of which production is now more efficient. That makes me really satisfied.’

~ Bart Speijer, Process Engineer at Unitron since 2022
